4. Accounts & Subscription Plans

4.1 Account Creation

To use FlowwState, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Free & Paid Plans

We offer a free plan and paid plans.
Paid plans include a 1-week free trial.
After the trial, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel.
No refunds are offered for payments made.
You may cancel anytime within the app, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe.
Users may choose between monthly or annual billing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until resolved.

6. User Content & Ownership

Users may create, store, and manage projects and tasks within FlowwState.
We do not display user content publicly.
Users retain full ownership of their content.

7. Intellectual Property

FlowwState, including its software, branding, and content, is our intellectual property.
Users may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

FlowwState is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific productivity outcomes.
We are not responsible for data loss, outages, or indirect damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Billing issues (e.g., failed payments).
- Violation of these Terms.
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

We will maintain a separate Privacy Policy and GDPR policy outlining how we handle user data.
We use Google Analytics to track app performance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Users agree to individual dispute resolution, meaning class actions are not permitted.
